SD-WAN

Global network modern creative telecommunication and internet connection. Concept of 5G wi

Software Defined Wide Area Network, is an application-aware, over-the-top WAN connectivity service that uses policies to determine how application flows are directed over multiple underlay networks, irrespective of the underlay technologies or service providers who deliver them. It offers simplified management, quicker turnup, better application performance, improved resiliency, and potential cost savings. As cloud based applications continue to be adopted and consumed, leveraging a flexible SD-WAN platform allows you to maximize application performance and efficiency in a way that traditional hub-and-spoke networks cannot.

COLLABORATION TOOLS

Meeting Services, also known as Collaboration Tools, are the set of tools designed around virtual communication within and outside of an organization. Tools typically include services such as chat/instant messaging, video (with one-on-one or group video meetings), screen sharing, virtual whiteboarding, and audio conferencing. Additional services involve SMS / texting, special services for large group audiences (video broadcasting), and file sharing. The pandemic and significantly accelerated adoption of this service making it more important to have the right solution in place.

CLOUD COMMUNICATIONS

(CCaaS / UCaaS)

Contact Methods. Close-up of a phone, email, chat and post icons wooden block..jpg

Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions provide a customer experience beyond only voice calls by adopting digital channels like chat and SMS to expand with customer preferences. Unlike legacy on-premises contact centers, CCaaS technology enables businesses with on-demand scalability, global reach, and easy integrations to route customers to the appropriate agent as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) is an oftentimes an excellent alternative to on-premise solutions. Organizations that leverage cloud-based communications systems experience greater scalability, speed in time-to-market, flexibility, and agility during this shift in the workforce.

We know the nuances of these platforms and help organizations get to the bottom line more confidently with less time and effort.

MOBILITY / IoT

Options include:

  • Sourcing and procurement of handsets, tablets/iPads, M2M, IoT and accessories for AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile

  • A full suite of applications for device, policy, users, inventory and expense/optimization management

  • Managed and professional services for application management, help desk, procurement, MACD, and optimization

The Internet of Things – also referred to as IoT, is a network of interconnected devices capable of collecting and exchanging data. This model boasts interconnected devices designed to sense, collect, and send data to a repository over the internet, and can in turn be accessed by other internet capable devices. The evolution and convergence of IoT technology typically eliminate the need for repetitive tasks via automation without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.

COLOCATION

A colocation center is a data center facility in which a business can rent space for servers and other computing hardware. Many colocation providers sell to a wide range of customers, ranging from large enterprises to small companies. Typically, a colo provides the building, cooling, power, bandwidth, and physical security while the customer provides servers and storage. Customers retain control over the design and usage of their equipment, but daily management of the data center and facility is overseen by the multi-tenant colocation provider.  Clients use our powerful data center locator tool to quickly find the right ones meeting specified, custom requirement.

INFRASTRUCTURE / DESKTOP

Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is an instant computing infrastructure, provisioned and managed over the internet. IaaS quickly scales up and down with demand, letting you pay only for what you use. It helps you avoid the capital expense and complexity of buying and managing your own physical servers and other datacenter infrastructure. Each resource is offered as a separate service component, and you only need to rent a particular one for as long as you need it. In addition to virtual servers, some vendors also offer physical servers as options within their IaaS. This is often needed for applications and databases that are more resource intensive or legacy applications that do not run well on virtual servers.

A cloud desktop is a cloud computing solution that lets you access your desktop, files, and business apps in the cloud. It allows you to work on any device from anywhere, as long as you have internet connectivity.

GLOBAL CONNECTIVITY

Worldwide Connectivity Options:

  • Broadband: a high speed connection to the internet

  • DIA (Dedicated Internet Access): guarantees users always receive their purchased bandwidth, as opposed to shared connections where the bandwidth purchased represents the maximum speed

  • MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching): a routing technique designed to speed up and shape traffic flows across enterprise wide area and service provider networks

  • VPLS (Virtual Private LAN Service): a VPN (virtual private network) that connects geographically dispersed local area network sites across an MPLS backbone

  • Private Line: a private data connection securely connecting two or more locations with high data speeds, without traversing the public internet

  • Layer 2: the network layer used to transfer data between adjacent network nodes in a wide area network or between nodes on the same local area network

  • Fixed Wireless: wireless devices or systems in fixed locations such as homes and offices

  • Satellite: transmission of data via orbiting satellites
